At RAVOX, we understand that circumstances can change. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel pre-orders and what to expect at each stage of the pre-order process.

 

What Is a Pre-Order?

 

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in our inventory. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item for future delivery.

 

Payment and Charges

 

When you pre-order an item from RAVOX, we may collect:

  • No payment at checkout, with full payment charged upon fulfillment
  • - A partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance charged upon fulfillment
  • - Full payment at checkout, held securely until the item ships

Your payment method is securely stored and will be charged when your pre-order is fulfilled. You will receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery timeframe.

 

Cancelling Your Pre-Order

 

Before Fulfillment: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time by contacting our customer service team at info@ravox.com.au. If you have paid a deposit, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

 

After Fulfillment: Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and the item has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

 

Refunds

 

  • Pre-order cancellations made before fulfillment will receive a full refund of any payments made
  • - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
